ALEX

Alex has a decade-long background in filmmaking, but has increasingly shifted towards game development from 2014 onwards.
After teaching themself both the technical (coding, engine pipelines) and artistic (ludology, game design) know-how of video game development, they worked as a game designer on multiple projects for the Berlin-based indie studio Mad About Pandas.
Alex went on to found Inspiratio Studio, while co-leading a pilot project in both a South-German university and high-school, implementing video games as part of English education and media analysis classes.
In 2025 Alex completed their Master’s degree in Economics at the University of Cambridge and is now fully dedicating their time to both game development and research.

WESSEL
Animation | Production
Wessel is a Dutch animator who loves motion. From games to music videos, and Miyazaki’s masterpieces to experimental animation shorts, he likes to consume, play, and create it all.
Wessel’s interest in making video games began in high school, and continued at the Breda University of Applied Sciences, where he specialised in animation under former Disney animator Ralph Palmer. Here he learned to work with Maya, Unreal Engine, Unity, and later Blender as well. He worked as one of thirty on the student game Bone Voyage, and graduated in 2022 with a hand-drawn animated music video.
When he is not animating, Wessel likes to dance, sing, listen to or make music, look at clouds & cats, go longboarding, play Xayah, or do astronomy.

ADELINE
Music | Sound design
Adeline is a working musician from Nottingham, United Kingdom. Although predominantly a drummer, she also performs as a singer, pianist, guitarist, and bassist.
On top of a 1st class Music degree with the Music Technology prize from the University of Nottingham, as well as a brief stint at BIMM London, she has been teaching internationally for over 10 years across all age groups, professions, and skill levels. When not rehearsing with bands, writing, composing, or recording, Adeline is reliably honing her craft on a drum practice pad for an LTCL Drum Performance qualification, and considering a Music Master’s Qualification.

DYLAN
Sound design
Dylan is a sound designer and foley engineer for film, animation, and video games for 6 years and counting. He is located in the US, and graduated from the School of Visual Arts in New York with a bachelor’s in film editing.
During his time there, he mingled with many animation students who were looking for someone to do their sound, something he had a lot more fun with over editing video. It is a constant, engaging challenge to come up with bizarre ideas to mimic or create sounds based on the footage at hand. From there, Dylan eagerly seeked out any and all foley opportunities he could, which eventually led him to Monochrome Beauty.

JAMES
Graphic design
James is a freelance graphic designer and creative with the goal of utilising graphic design for good causes. As such, he is invested in long term thinking, providing platforms for supporting others’ wellbeing, and supporting small sustainable businesses.
He joined Inspiratio Studio as a graphic designer and has since worked to establish his own graphic design agency; crafting original brand identity design packages for business startups, in addition to rebranding for existing companies.
His favourite part of a project is generating unique, synergetic concepts that encompass one’s values through their visual identity, with the intention of creating the best possible outcome. He can also often be found listening to just about any kind of music.
